Strength training is what my workouts consist of. As we age, we need to maintain and improve our lean muscle mass and strength. Balance, core stability, metabolism, reduced body fat levels, and specific body parts all will improve with my workouts. My methods have worked for decades with countless clients using a proven formula.

Food/Nutrition is up to 85% of any successful program. My Hands-on Approach to food intake is about portion control, and is a lifetime food plan that is the easiest to use of any of the diet programs available today. No counting calories or weighing food. Nobody will continue with these troublesome daily routines for long, and is why most diets eventually fail.

Cardio/Aerobic Conditioning Cardio/Aerobic Conditioning must be varied in both intensity and duration to be most effective. The body adjusts pretty quickly to the same routines, and there are many misconceptions about exercise. For instance, more aerobic training isn’t always better for your body and can sometimes be counterproductive. The body uses a protective mechanism that actually slows down its metabolism if it doesn’t have enough recovery time–not what you want when you are trying to reach a certain cardio/aerobic goal. You can overcome this by varying your aerobics so your metabolism stays high. I inform all my clients on how much, how long, and how hard to do their cardio workouts, and this schedule is changed every few weeks based on the progress you are making.

(4 session minimum)

All sessions are 30 minutes—you will get more benefit in 30 minutes than you typically get from a 60 minute workout.

All sessions start and end on time. My daily schedule is heavily booked, so if you arrive late I will not be able to extend your session time. You’ll have to work even harder to get it all finished in a shorter time. Please arrive on time!

Cancellations must be 24 hours before scheduled session to avoid being charged. I can usually fill your space if you have to cancel, so please let me know as soon as possible if you are not able to make your appointment.

All prices include required WA state sales tax. Price breakdown: $43.65 for session, $3.85 sales tax = $47.50 per session. Checks made payable to FAR, Inc
